Adam Pedersen

Adam graduated from the University of Windsor in 2017 with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics. He spent the next 6 years in the retail banking industry working as a Financial Advisor, Business Banking Advisor, and Mortgage Specialist. Adam has been a licensed Realtor since 2022 and began his full-time Real Estate Career in 2023. His past professional experience provides him with expertise on residential financing, mortgage principles and practices, financial markets & investment analysis and high-level customer service. This experience is utilized to help guide buyers through the process of obtaining mortgage financing, evaluate potential real estate investment returns and navigate through the evolving real estate market. Adam also possesses years of hands-on experience managing a private rental portfolio, this experience provides him a deep understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act, residential leasing and tenant relations. 

Adam works in partnership with his Father / Mentor Marty Pedersen who has over 35 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Together, Marty and Adam are familiar with providing Real Estate Brokerage Services in a manner consistent with Government, Corporate and Institutional practices.
